You understand and agree that the Service is provided "AS-IS" and that QPet assumes no responsibility for the timeliness, deletion, or failure to store any user communications or personalization settings.

3. Booking and Cancellation

We strive to provide seamless instant check-ins and appointments. However, we ask that you provide at least 24 hours notice for any cancellations. Failure to do so may result in a cancellation fee being applied to your account.

4. Pet Care Liability

While we represent positive transformation and recovery, QPet is not liable for outcomes related to undisclosed pre-existing conditions. All treatments are performed with the highest standard of professional care.
